Thank goodness for weekends. Did nothing last night, slept in this morning, worked on a redecorating project and a few other chores.
It didn't really improve my eating, but that's not a surprise. I need to clean out the fridge, clean up the kitchen and otherwise be ready for a better week this week. Just eat at home, dummy.
Breakfast: 2x McD egg mcmuffins, Dr. Pepper
Lunch: Freddy's patty melt, fries w sauce, Dr. Pepper
Snack: 2x TB beef burritos, Sierra Mist
Dinner: Homemade stuffed crust pepperoni pizza
Turned out pretty good. A bit salty.
Exercise: Not really. Moved furniture, quite a bit of walking due to shopping and stuff, but nothing dedicated.
