Another week begins. The weekend was too short. Didn't feel great last night, felt fine this morning, felt a little off after lunch, feel mostly OK tonight. It was a busy but not very productive day.
Breakfast: 2 slices extra sharp cheddar, coffee
Lunch: CFA 2x spicy chicken, medium waffle fries, diet Dr Pepper, brownie
Snack: Club crackers
Remembered that I had a box of these, ate some which my stomach was not unhappy about.
Dinner: Meatloaf sandwich w swiss, mayo and a bit of ketchup on grilled white bread, Pringles sour cream and onion chips, Hudsonville mint chip ice cream
Calorific. The chips were lousy and a waste of calories (and a buck), would not get again. Tasty otherwise. At least two more meatloaf meals left too.
Exercise: Nope.
