Again.

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap.  I got a coffee but I forgot to drink it.  I don't do cold coffee.

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken 3 cheese nachos

Dinner:  Hamburger patties, cheese, salad, assorted toppings, salad with ranch, 36+ oz Miller Lite, a brownie

Also:  Some lays chips and a bunch of grape powerade.

Exercise:  40 minutes legs, 9 holes with cart
