An Assort

Father's day.

Breakfast:  Some concoction with au gratin potatoes, 2 eggs over medium, italian sausage, peppers and onions and red sauce.  Coffee.

Lunch:  TB beefy crunch burrito and steak flatbread

Assorted Snacks:  Chips, fritos and pretzels, 12 oz Miller Lite, 32 oz grape Powerade

Dinner:  Steak and chicken kebabs, a little rice, a slice of bread, strawberries and vanilla ice cream

Exercise:  18 holes with cart

Whew.
