End of the month. Okay by me.
Breakfast: McD sausage biscuit, sausage burrito, coffee
Lunch: Qdoba chicken bowl with chips
Dinner: Dominos pan pizza w pepperoni and bacon
Also: 64 oz grape powerade, some wheat thins
Exercise: 40 minutes shoulders and arms. Ouch.
