As usual very relieved that the week is over.

Breakfast:  McD sausage biscuit, sausage burrito, coffee

Lunch:  Italian beef, chicago dog, fries

Snack:  TB beefy crunch burrito and steak flatbread

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza, salad with italian, 12 oz Miller Lite

Exercise:  9 holes with cart
