Breakfast: Breakfast casserole, hash browns, coffee
Lunch: None
Snack: 2 oz bag of Fritos, 12 oz Miller Lite
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast, stove top stuffing, asparagus, cheese sauce
Also: Tortilla chips, 12 oz Perrin Graprefruit IPA
Exercise: 18 holes with cart
