It would sure be nice to develop some motivation.
Breakfast: 2 frozen biscuits, 2 Bob Evans sausage patties, coffee
Lunch: Wendy's single with cheese, spicy chicken sandwich
Dinner: 4 mexican style tacos with cheese
Also: A few tortilla chips, 12 oz All Day IPA
Exercise: Nope.
