Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Culvers double deluxes, onion rings, 36 oz Miller Lite

Also:  Cheddar biscuits

Exercise:  40 minutes core and arms, 9 holes with cart
