Ends of the weeks that is.

Breakfast:  2 frozen biscuits, 2 Bob Evans sausage patties, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  3 Johnsonville beef brats with mustard, Great Lakes potato chips, Clausen kosher dill spears

Also:  12 oz Perrin Grapefruit IPA

Exercise:  40 minutes of general, not the toughest workout ever
