Breakfast: McD sausage biscuit, coffee
Lunch: Wendy's single and spicy chicken, some popcorn
Dinner: 2 eggs over medium, Alexia hash browns in buter, 4 strips thick cut hickory bacon
Also: Gardetto's garlic rye chips
Exercise: Nope.
