Long day out in the sun.
Breakfat: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, bacon, raisin toast, coffee
Lunch: Grilled ham and cheese, chips, 24 oz Miller Lite
Snacks: Cheez and crackers, 16 oz grape powerade, 4 oz Fritos
Dinner: A couple slices of flank steak, salad with ranch, strawberries, mac and cheese, cake and ice cream, 12 oz Miller Lite
Exercise: 36 holes with cart
Phew.
