Sigh.
Breakfast: TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee
Lunch: Breakfast bowl with eggs, american fries, veggies, cheese, biscuits and sausage gravy, coffee
Dinner: Gyros, salad with ranch, 12 oz miller lite, bakalava
Also: 32 oz grape powerade, lemon custard cone
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, usual workout got preempted
Sugar. Yuck.
