Well Not Quite No Not Quite At All

Sigh.  I got off to a decent start, avoided snack temptation, then BLAM.

Breakfast:  2 sausage patties, american cheese, coffee

Lunch:  4 Mexican style tacos with cheese, a couple slices of homemade rye bread

Dinner:  Tortilla chips with mexicali dip, 2 Culvers single cheese butterburgers, 1 hot shot snack stick

Also:  A glass of lemonade

Exercise:  Nope.  Super, super tired today.

More than a little concerned about how tired I am.  Dozy.  And easily winded, one flight of stairs even.  Not good.
