So it continues.

Breakfast:  2 hot shots, large McDonalds coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  McD 2 cheeseburger meal with large Hi C, mcchicken, grilled onion cheddar burger, 2 apple pies

Also:  A slice of rye bread.  Pretty stale now!

Exercise:  40 minutes upper body.  Solid.

Sigh.  The hunger.
