One more day.

Breakfast:  TB sausage crunchwrap, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl, chips

Dinner:  McDonalds big mac meal large with Hi C, 2 awful onion cheddar burgers

Snack:  Chips and onion dip, limeade

Exercise:  45 minutes core and arms.  Good sweat.

Sigh.
