Something About How It Could Be Worse

Bad stuff happening always puts your own minor struggles into perspective somehow.

Breakfast:  2 hot shots, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl with chips

Dinner:  Wendy's double with cheese, fries, lemonade.  Also some tortilla chips and mexicali dip

Exercise:  40 minutes arms with some cardio stuff.  Solid workout.

Overall fail of course.  But I got some sleep last night, hoping to double up with tonight and start getting back on track.
