Okay Then Caught Up But Still Failing

Woke up the last two mornings with brutal headaches.  At least I know today that it wasn't the beer.  Slept in today, hope I don't pay for it too much -- my schedule is just way way off.

Breakfast:  1 egg over medium on top of american fries, ham, veggies, cheese, topped with sausage gravy and crumbled biscuit, coffee.  Went with the half size, it was enough.

Lunch:  2 "hot shot" sticks from local meat market, chips with mexicali dip

Dinner:  Dominos extravaganzza pizza

Also:  Windmill cookies and whole milk

Exercise:  Nope

Whoa, awful
