More of the awful

Breakfast:  Tim Hortons sausage biscuit, 10 pc timbits, coffee

Lunch:  Qdoba chicken bowl, chips

Dinner:  McD 3 cheeseburgers, large fries, cheddar onion, large Hi C 2 apple pies

Exercise:  40 minutes core and arms

Yeah, that's a bunch more fail.  Good workout though.
