Tough day today. Allergies are kicking my butt. Hard.
Breakfast: 2 sausage patties, american cheese, coffee
Lunch: Qdoba chicken bowl, chips
Midmeal: McD 2 cheeseburger meal with large Hi-C
Dinner: Pizza Hut Supreme pan pizza, a glass of lemonade
Dessert: Mint Oreos
Exercise: 45 minutes arms and core.
When I don't feel good I am weak.
