Yikes

Breakfast:   Breakfast casserole, hash browns, coffee

Lunch:  2 Culvers double deluxe, a few tortilla chips with mexicali dip and salsa

Dinner:  Culver bacon deluxe single, fries with ketchup, mint shake

Also:  Windmill cookies and whole milk

Exercise:  4.5 holes, walking.  Brrrr.

Horrible.
