Fall is wonderful. It might not have as much of an edge over summer with me as it used to, but it's still great.
Breakfast: Coffee
Snack: 1 package peanut butter crackers
Lunch: Ham, bacon and swiss sandwich with chipotle mayo, fries, 2 x 12 oz Miller Lite
Snack: Chips with onion dip
Dinner: Deluxe pizza
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, some extra walking. Not much else, though I did do my grocery shopping. I mostly lounged about and watched football.
