Excessive Enjoyment

Golf, good food, footbaw on the TV, life is good.  Not so good for the diet, but good.

Breakfast:  1 slice jalapeno white cheddar, coffee

Lunch:  2.5 pieces of sausage casserole, a few strawberries

Snack:  Chips and onion dip

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza

Exercise:  18 holes with cart.
