Not sure why those two phrases can mean more or less the same thing, but I feel both of them this morning. Tired, cranky knees, not a lot of pep. Let's see what coffee can do for me.
Another sluggish start. Woke up at 5:45, which has happened a couple times this week. Minor headache, just enough to make going back to sleep immediately impossible. Even after I got up, got rid of some water and hit the recliner I couldn't quite get there. Oh well. Lots to do.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with plain cream cheese, coffee
I had the necessary ingredients.
Lunch: Wendys sons of baconator, fries w ketchup. A few chips and onion dip.
Unusually good today. Also snickers ice cream bars.
Dinner: Brats, chips, salad no dressing, 12 oz Miller Lite
Sunday dinners. Also TB luxe box w pepsi, double beef burrito
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, plus otherwise very active.
