No ill effects noted from the "swedish light" ice cream. In fact I was pleasantly surprised to feel pretty lean this morning and even though I steeled myself against disappointment I didn't get any. There was actually a nice drop despite eating quite a bit, no exercise, no excessive processing of prior food, etc. I'm still stuck in this same range but I do think that if I can tolerate the 'ice cream' that will be helpful. Planning on picking up a couple other flavors to try.
Got a little extra sleep this morning and I'll credit most of the little boost in pep to that, but it sure didn't hurt to be in a good mood after weigh in.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Sausage lentil soup, grilled cheese
Pretty standard. I made lentils this weekend but didn't take the time to make a regular soup. So this is what I'll be having for lunch and I'll have to eat other stuff for dinners.
Dinner: Spicy bacony beans with cheddar cheese, 12 oz All Day IPA, Realgood pork mini enchiladas, mixed nuts
Impulse bought the enchiladas at Walmart, looked for a clean (i.e. no soy) meatball without success and these were nearby. Something like 2g carb, no grain. They were quite good.
Also: Nick's cherry chip 'ice cream'. Pretty good. Almost as good as the mint chip.
Exercise: Nope. Extra sleep. I'll worry about it after the season is over on Monday.
