TGIS. As always. So much less stress, even if only for a couple hours.
Kind of a repeat. Ate too much dinner, fell asleep in the recliner after dessert -- this time I was smart though and removed the contacts in advance. Slept through until 5:30. Wow. Suggests to me that I was rather fatigued, though it didn't feel notable. Got a little extra time in bed and got up feeling pretty darned decent, though definitely fat. Expected, ate way too much pizza. Hopped on the scale and wait it's not up? This is so weird. But OK. I never ever complain about non-gains.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Sausage lentil soup, grilled cheese sandwich
No extra sausage in the soup today since I had cheese and I'll use the sausage tonight. All good.
Snack: Chips and onion dip
Not as enjoyable as usual, may be that I'm finally starting to lose the taste for them.
Dinner: Taco salad w ground beef, 24 oz All Day IPA, Halo Top strawberry bars
Audible. Good.
Exercise: Nope. Currently snowing. Come ON.
