You gotta love it. Despite eating WAY too much yesterday - it was rather uncomfortable - and only processing some of it so far the scale was actually DOWN this morning. Wait, what? I was fully prepared mentally for a multiple pound gain, even after the processing. I ate that much. At least 7k calories, probably more. It was gruesome. And yet, there it is.
Breakfast: Coffee
Unsurprisingly I did not require any food this morning.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese sandwich
Working on using up the sliced cheese. I've been eating too much cheese frankly.
Dinner: 2 mexican tacos, 2 american tacos, 12 oz Yuengling, mixed nuts
Gotta love Taco Monday. Definitely not as fat as they have been lately, new cook working the line tonight.
Also: Nick's "swedish style" mint chip light ice cream.
No idea what's swedish about it. Picked it up at Wally World, quite good really. We'll see how the body reacts to it. 250 calories and "6g net carb". Right.
Exercise: Nope.
