Okay today was pretty terrible, but that happens.  Back from vacation very late, little sleep, no prep time for the week.  I'll limp through and it'll get better.

I was not surprised that I gained a couple pounds, the eatting was horrendous.  Just abysmal.  I need to do better next year.

Breakfast:  Coffee

At least this part was right.

Lunch:  Jimmy John's #5 vito, little john #1, salt and vinegar chips

Yup.

Dinner:  Pizza Hut thin pep pork beef, breadsticks w sauce, 24 oz Ananada IPA

Ugh.

Exercise:  Nope.

Lunch:  Pizza combos, a few pretzels

Dinner:  Freddy's patty melt, extra fries w fry sauce, strawberry shake

Exercise:  18 holes w cart

Breakfast:  Scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, biscuits w cream gravy, coffee

Lunch:  Hot dog KMR, Pizza combos

Dinner:  Chopped beef smothered w lots of ketchup, onion rings, side salad w ranch, ice cream w chocolate sauce

Also:  Chips, windmill cookies, 24 oz Ananda IPA

Exercise:  27 holes w cart

Breakfast:  Eggs over medium, sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, biscuits w cream gravy, coffee

Lunch:  Hot dog with KMR

Dinner:  Pizza Hut pizza, 36 oz Yuengling, pretzels, Triscuits

Exercise: 27 holes w cart

Dinner:  Steak sandwich, fries w lots of ketchup, 24 oz Yuengling, Fig Newtons, Chips

Exercise:  18 holes (cart path only, ow)

Lunch:  Slice of pizza, deluxe sub


Dinner:  Culvers mushroom swiss burger, fries, diet root beer, 12 oz All Day IPA
