Glad that's over. It's been a rough stretch. And I'll take a modest gain for yesterday thank you.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup
Lunch: Lentils with extra sausage, potato roll w butter, salt and vinegar chips
Pretty standard stuff, other than cleaning up the chips. Stupid chips.
Dinner: Tonkatsu beef curry w white rice, 1 pc spicy tuna roll, salad w dressing, 24 oz Coors Lite
Dinner meeting at a japanese/sushi place. I ordered randomly and what I got was delicious.
Also: CFA spicy, frosted lemonade, parmesan ranch chips
The appetite, it was endless.
Exercise: Nope. Snowed this morning. Stupid weather.
