Poor discipline this weekend. Sad.
Not ready for another Monday and that's with having an unexpectedly free afternoon yesterday. So it goes.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, toast, cottage cheese
Standard. New batch of soup is good.
Dinner: 2 tacos mexican style, 2 american style, 12 oz Yuengling, a few Cheese Kurls, lemon angel food bars
Cleaned up the weekend's remaining junk. At least the stuff that I got into. Doh.
Exercise: Nope. Schedule still off.
