March rolls on. Another busy Monday, made worse by not working this weekend.
I killed a few minutes this morning looking back at a year ago. Hard to draw too many conclusions other than yeah I eat too much and the wrong things and don't walk enough, but still I'm optimistic that I have room for improvement and can drop a few before my trip.
Breakfast: 2 slices sharp cheddar, coffee w cocoa butter

Lunch: Keto sausage balls, plain Greek Gods yogurt, hot dill pickle chips
Good stuff.
Dinner: 3x american, 2x mexican tacos, 24 oz Miller Lite
If they're going to keep making the tacos this fat I need to cut the number I get, possibly by 2.
Exercise: Nope.
