Yeah, this month has been an unqualified disaster. Combination of things, brutal weather has kept me inside and inactive. Awful eating. Way too much fast food and pizzza. And soda. Too much food and too much bad stuff. March needs to be different.
Breakfast: Yellow rice with diced ham, coffee
Lunch: McD 2x double cheeseburgers, Dr. Pepper, frozen pizza
Snack: Lays cheddar jalapeno chips
Dinner: Roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, crescent roll, choc chip cookies w ice cream
Exercise: Nope
