Another day. They kinda blend together at this point.
I was interested to see that my snore score (on SnoreLab) was the lowest I can ever remember (3). No idea why, though I have had a couple low numbers lately. I've felt okay when waking up for the most part, so maybe I really am getting better sleep. Not sure. It could just be variance, I could be sleeping further away from the microphone for all I know. I do keep it in the same place, so it should at least be consistent compared with the past three months.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Ham, bacon and cheese sandwich, Fage vanilla TruBlend yogurt
Same sammy as yesterday. Pretty good iyam.
Dinner: Leftover (freezer) pepperoni pizza, 24 oz All Day IPA, leftover swiss steak. Will probably have a gin and tonic too.
Last of the steak. Also, it's kinda fun not knowing what kind of pizza you pulled from the freezer -- I haven't been labeling them because they're obviously pizza and I never care what kind, it's not like I'm making combinations I'll hate. Drew simple pepperoni this time.
Exercise: Nope.
