Weekday Power

Feels like I do slightly better on weekdays than on weekends.  It can't be as simple as eat 2 meals and fast 16 hours a day, can it?  Of course not.  But it seems to work.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Lunch:  Ham and cheese sandwich, Fage vanilla TruBlend yogurt


Dinner:  Ham, salami and cheese sub, garlic cheese bread with pizza sauce, 24 oz All Day IPA


Sliding into the weekend like YEAH LETS GET FAT

Exercise:  Nope.
