I have come to terms with my current state of mind. I'm going to eat badly for a couple days and then lord willing get back on track on Monday. And I will not stress in the meantime.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: Culvers bacon deluxe (minus mayo plus mustard), onion rings
Dinner: 2 HS McChickens 2 cheeseburgers, chorizo burrito bowl, 12 oz All Day IPA
Exercise: Nope
