Let's just call it March 32. Because it's no different than yesterday.
Closed out March decently. No drop yesterday, no surprise given the awful dinner selection ... which of course I'm having for lunch as well. Didn't lose as much as Jan or Feb but given the vacation setback it was fine. Not as motivated either thanks to the virus.
Breakfast: Coffee
Could be time to go back to just skipping the breakfast report, but I may return to adding cocoa butter so I'll continue for now.
Lunch: Leftover chili dog tater tot hot dish, Fage 5% yogurt
Pretty good on reheat, the tots were crispier. One serving left for tomorrow. Still not good for me.
Dinner: Homemade chicken noodle soup, homemade buttermilk rolls with butter, 36 oz Labatt Blue Citra
Soup turned out quite good. Next time I might try adding some garlic too, but no complaints. Oh, sure, I could have cooked the celery and carrot for a couple more minutes but no shame in being short of perfection. Will eat again ... and not just because I have plenty left.
Even though my calorie count wasn't outrageous today I fully expect to be up tomorrow. Starch, hello.
Exercise: Nope. Slept in this morning, it's cold, blah blah blah. Cmon son.
