Bah. Even though the scale is hanging around the same number, I'm not liking the visuals right now. More midsection bloat than I've seen in a while. It may be that I need to do a reset, giving the seed oils, sugar and most grain the boot. Might also have the additional benefit of getting the hunger under control a bit.
And then there is exercise. There is no damned excuse for being this lazy. I have time. Lots of time. I just don't do it. Time to stop blaming the weather (though it is true it hasn't been the slightest bit springlike) and just suffer through the cold and wind and rain.
Breakfast: Coffee
Oh, and I could add back the cocoa butter.
Added bacon leftover from Sunday. Out of sliced cheese so I had some shredded cheddar.
Dinner: TB shredded chicken burrito, 2x beefy fritos burrito, doritos taco, 24 oz All Day IPA
