Last day of the month, couldn't hold strong for one more day Wilson Phillips style.
Had to get blood drawn at lunch and didn't feel like going home too, then I had to stay super late at work (got home at 7:30) and cooking wasn't going to happen. Result was predictable.
Breakfast: Coffee with cocoa butter
Need to remember to bring the mugs home this weekend and run 'em thru the dishwasher.
Lunch: Culvers bacon deluxe (minus mayo plus mustard), onion rings, Dr Pepper
No photo taken. Idiot.
Dinner: 2x Hot n Spicy McChicken, 2x cheeseburger, 24 oz All Day IPA, will probably have a gin and tonic too
It sure takes longer than I would like for satiety to kick in with McFood. I should be stuffed and yet all I want to do is keep eating. Good thing I'm out of McFood. All gone.
Exercise: Nope.
