Well at least the eighth week of March is over. Longest month ever.
On the weight front, April wasn't great Bob. Up. But not a huge amount and considering the massive slacking and some serious bingeing and not exercising, it wasn't so bad. Still struggling with focus. But maybe I'll get there.
And it's Friday, thank goodness for that.
Breakfast: Bagels with cream cheese and cheddar bacon cream cheese, coffee
Change up. Kinda disappointing. Guess I just like the salt/pretzel bagels a lot more.
Lunch: CFA spicy chicken, 8pc nugget, mac and cheese, lg frosted lemonade
All good. Stuffed. Probably could have skipped the nuggets.
Dinner: Leftover (from the freezer) sausage and mushroom pizza, 12 oz All Day IPA, small gin and tonic, gin and grapefruit Spindrift
Solid, but seriously considering making a batch of orange rolls for the weekend. May just drink instead.
Edit: Add a bowl of popcorn with butter and I'm considering one more drink before bed.
