Starting to think there is something wrong with my scale. But since it's to my advantage, I will not complain.
Breakfast: Coffee
Was tempted to grab something for breakfast but it was just psychological, I'm not hungry.
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, spicy bacon beans
A bit of a changeup. I do like the spicy beans.
First Dinner: 2 hot n spicy mcchickens, Coke
Sigh. Had the thirst. Annoying.
Second Dinner: Leftover pizza, gin and tonic later
So much better than buying frozen pizza.
Exercise: Nope. Read a book.
