Weak End

Going for normalcy today, though I woke up too early.  No idea why, either.  It's annoying.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 4 strips bacon, Alexia hash browns in butter, slice of cinnamon raisin bread with butter, coffee


Fueled up for some golf.

Lunch:  McD 2x H&S mcchicken, 2x cheeseburger, Dr Pepper

Food was mediocre, Dr was on point.   Need to not drink that stuff tho even when it sounds great.  Forgot to take a photo.

Dinner:  Meijer combination pizza rolls, 24 oz All Day IPA


Junk food, I bought some.  Should have just bought gin and tonic water but was asked to buy groceries for someone so I bought a few things too.  Oops.

On the positive side, I didn't buy any hot and spicy peanuts, though I did buy a jar of peanut butter.  Ay yi yi yi.

Exercise:  9 holes walking, plus a lengthy trip to the grocery store.  Over 11k steps/4 miles per phone.  The walk was not a strain at all.
