A fine Sunday morning to all. Getting it started with the breakfast of champions ... pizza rolls. Yeesh. I think I need to clean up the kitchen and put the groceries away, it's not appealing to cook when I've got stuff strewn about.
On the plus side exercise is good. Now if I can just get it daily (and while I'm at it move the diet back closer to TCD so I can lose the extra puffiness around my middle).
Breakfast: Pizza rolls, coffee
Okay, done with those. Still have junk left tho.
Lunch: Hot dogs fully dressed with buttered buns, cheese, ketchup, jala mustard, dill relish and onion, Lays dill pickle chips
As long as I'm eating processed craps, here you go.
Dinner: McD mcdouble, hs McChicken, Dr. Pepper. Hudsonville Mint Cookie Dough ice cream, additional dill pickle chips. May have a gin and tonic just to top off this debacle.
I have a photo of the ice cream, it's just not uploading for some random reason. Anyway, additional and massive fail.
Exercise: 9 holes walking, at about 9,000 steps/3 miles per the phone.
