Good grief. I am doing this wrong. I haven't had too much of an issue in the morning or early afternoon with the appetite but by 4:00 I'm ready to eat and an unstoppable eating machine. It's awful. I need to get back to basics here, eat the right stuff, the stuff that provides satiety. And not drink as much I guess, though that initially wasn't a problem at least.
Breakfast: Coffee
Might be time to go back to the cocoa butter.
Lunch: Burrito bowl with chorizo, Vigo cilantro lime rice, shredded cheddar, avocado, fire sauce, salsa
Figured I had better cook up the chorizo. This turned out pretty decent. I don't love the rice but I bought the kind the store had which was ... this. I won't mind eating this again tomorrow.
Dinner: 2 hot and spicy mcchickens, 2 mcd cheeseburgers, ham pizza, 24 oz Founders All Day IPA
No photo of the fast food binge. Very, very stuffed. Dreading the scale tomorrow.
Exercise: Nope.
