Stress Binging

It was a stressful day, which stretched well into the evening.  I think it came to a positive conclusion -- I won't know for sure for a few days at least -- but I'm tired.  And fat.  I binged.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Standard.  Not hungry.

Lunch:  Ham, 2 slices extra sharp cheddar, homemade buttermilk rolls with butter, Fage vanilla TruBlend yogurt


Standard lunch, satisfied.

Dinner:  4 tacos ground beef mexican style plus avocado and hot sauce, 16 oz Miller Lite.  Sourdough with butter, garlic salt and mozzarella


Here begins the meltdown.

Late night:  McD 3x cheeseburger, Hot and spicy McChicken, chocolate shake

I was just glad someone was open.  Strange days man.

Exercise:  No dammit.  I wanted to get up early.  Failed.
