Sunny Day For Once

Sun's out, fun's out.  Or at least it should be.  Maybe I'll go outside later and get a little free Vitamin D.  I've been debating when to go to the store and I have this mental block -- I have about a dozen things I'd like to get but I'm not critically low on anything at all.  It's all mental.  So I hope I can make myself wait a couple more days.  (Edit:  I think I have myself convinced to wait until Friday).

When I went to bed last night I was considering going first thing this morning, but I ended up sleeping in instead.  It's pretty rare that I get almost ten hours of sleep but it felt good.  I think the mattress is dialed in and now I just need to get back to dropping some surplus pounds.  Which won't happen today, unfortunately.  I was thinking yesterday how good a brownie and ice cream sounds ... good thing I don't have either on hand and another reason to avoid the store.

Breakfast:  Oatcakes with butter, 3 strips bacon, coffee


Good as always and I have a couple packages to stick in the freezer for future use.  Good thing they don't take up much space!

Lunch:  TB shredded chicken burrito, 2x beefy fritos burritos w fire sauce.  Rye & Dr Zevia

No photo, usual Bell binge.  I impulse purchased the Dr Zevia when I stocked up on random mixers and it's ... interesting.  I wouldn't call it great, but then again I'm not a big whiskey fan either so whatever.  Pandemic drink.  Didn't have it with lunch, it was a while later.  Like the IPAs are around dinner more than with dinner -- just keeping it simple.

Dinner:  Sausage and mushroom pizza, 36 oz Founders All Day IPA


I'm going to be eating a lot of pizza the next few weeks.

Exercise:  Nope.  Reasonably active but no specific exercise.  Maybe I can change that tomorrow, I spent some time today thinking about making better use of the shutdown.
