Good Breaks

A terribad month on the eating front but so it goes.  Try, try again.

I was very concerned that I had seriously injured my left foot and ankle yesterday, it got progressively more painful the last few holes and I could hardly walk in the evening.  Legs swollen too.  Thankfully it wasn't as bad this morning and it seems to be OK after I wore an ankle brace this afternoon.

Very warm and humid to start but a little front went through, dropped the temp five degrees, dew point ten and kicked up a small breeze for a picture perfect late afternoon and evening.   Good breaks.

Breakfast:  4 strips Wright applewood thick cut bacon, coffee

Lunch:  Pizza with pepperoni, bacon, onion and jalapeno


So good.

Dinner:  Sirloin steak, salad, a few chips, 12 oz Miller Lite

Also:  Big Mac, mcChicken, cheeseburger

Exercise:  18 holes lots of extra walking

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade jelly, coffee

Standard pre-golf out.

Lunch:  Hot dog w KMR, chips, 12 oz Miller Lite

Snack:  Chips and onion dip

Dinner:  Taco salad, al pastor pork

Exercise:  18 holes, lots of extra walking
