I always enjoy the results lots of walking produces on the scale. You'd think I could get back into the routine of doing it daily. Nope. It didn't improve my odds that I didn't get to sleep until after 1 and slept poorly.
Breakfast: Coffee
Lunch: CFA spicy chicken, medium fries, 8 pc nuggets
Dinner: 4 ground beef tacos, mexican style plus cheese and hot sauce
Also: Snyder's cheddar cheese pretzel sandwiches
I dunno why I thought these sounded good. They weren't especially enjoyable.
Exercise: Nope.
I did actually leave the house and went to the store after dinner, so that's a plus. Doesn't count tho.
