Happy 6th (and 5th)

A thoroughly nice summer day.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over easy, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w/ homemade jelly, coffee

Standard breakfast out pre-golf, wasn't up to their usual standard.

Lunch:  Hot dog w/ KRO and pickle, 12 oz Miller Lite

Dinner:  Brisket, sausage link, cheesy potatoes, a little mac and cheese, cornbread

Whew, that's a big meal.

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, good extra walking

Yup.

Breakfast:   Egg McMuffin, hash brown, coffee

Didn't have time for the sit down pre-golf breakfast

Lunch:  3 hot dogs w KRO jala, 36 oz Miller Lite

Hot, needed liquid.  Also drank a gallon of water.

Dinner:  Pepperoni bacon pizza

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, not as much extra walking
