After a miserable several days today was a bit better. I can actually put almost a normal stride together instead of gimping. Not 100%, not especially close, but notably better.
Breakfast: 6 strips Jimmy Dean hickory bacon, coffee
Bought the bacon recently because it was on sale. Meh. I like applewood and thick cut better.
Lunch: Homemade pizza with italian sausage, bacon, green pepper and onion.
Good as always. Pretty loaded.
Dinner: Culvers double deluxe, chicken tenders w ranch, onion rings
Too much food. If I can give up seed oils I think I'll miss ranch less than I would have thought previously. Bleah.
Exercise: LOL no. Watched a LOT of TV this weekend.

Dinner: Dominos thin crust pep ham onion, parmesan bites w marinara
