Well, pleased to make it around 18 holes after ten days of zero exercise.  A little soreness but nothing bad.  A little limp, but again, nothing too bad.  I'll take it.  Now, to get after that diet business.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 strips bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w/ homemade jelly, coffee

Standard pre-golf out

Lunch:  Hot dog, KMRO, small bag Lays chips, 12 oz Miller Lite

Snack:  TB 2 beefy frito burrito, shredded chicken burrito

Dinner:  Brisket taco, chips and guac

Exercise:  18 holes with cart, some extra walking (especially early)

It was a struggle this week to come up with food ideas.  Need to cook.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Lunch:  Grand bacon McExtreme, Mcchicken, large fries

Disappointing, though the McExtreme was good

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza plus jalapeno
